I will negotiate on your behalf to help you get the home you want. I know when you, as the buyer, have the upper hand in negotiations and, more importantly, when you don’t. Each situation requires different negotiation techniques, and I have the experience to navigate these waters effectively to ensure you get the home you want and for the best price. Just about every real estate transaction has challenges. Whether it is a financing issue or a home inspection that’s turned up defects with the property, there is usually something that makes the situation ‘interesting’. I will help overcome the challenges to completing the sale: When an offer is presented with conditions, it is important to get the conditions addressed as quickly as possible so that the offer is ‘firm’. I will work with the buyer’s representative to ensure a conditional offer is made ‘firm’ as quickly as possible.
Closing the Sale:
There are additional closing costs that are often unanticipated by Buyers that I discuss at our initial meeting. I will go over the typical costs incurred, and provide information related to closing issues that all buyers should be aware of before the scheduled date for closing. If you do not have a lawyer, I can recommend some to you. Before the scheduled closing date, I always schedule a final walk-through for my clients, to ensure the home is left in a good condition and to confirm any issues we have asked the Seller to resolve have been completed.
